Confidence Raises the Potential of Students
Direct instruction & consolidation:
English & Maths Years 4, 5, 6 & 7
Often we meet students who appear to be drowning in maths or English during their early years. Their confidence has been shaken and they are downhearted about their ability to learn.
At LearningClubs, we believe that all students have the right to feel confident in their learning environment and aspire.
Starting with the assessment, we begin to understand which building blocks have been missed or not mastered. From this starting point, we support the child in their understanding and their practice, building confidence in the process.
Evaluation of the student's Maths or English strengths and weaknesses
Pinpoint skills to be learned
Hourly lessons provide several choices. They are either in small group of students of 5 or less - all at the similar ability level as your child or semi-private tuition.
Hourly rate: £38 (small group 4-to 5 students) or £47 (semi-private class 1-to-3).
There is an annual cost for materials and online programmes for homework
Weekly Class includes:
Bespoke educational programme for Maths Success
One hour class per week minimum
Comprehensive online home practice is monitored and then follow up with the student during their next class
Using this flipped model of learning the student sets the pace of learning that they are comfortable with and alerts the tutor what they need to learn.

Learning strategies adapted to find the most successful method for the student

I just wanted to put in writing what a great job you and Michelle did with Edward. We were beyond over the moon with his Grade B in Maths, what a turn around and all thanks to your brilliant company. The devil is always in the detail and the time you spent establishing where his gaps were in his knowledge, ensuring that these were addressed and tested before moving on to a new level really helped and even though he had to go back to basics he was never made to feel anything other than encouraged. Encouraged to ask questions, encouraged to work hard, encouraged he could achieve, this combined with great teaching and his hard work all helped him obtain a grade he never ever thought possible (nor did we) he has put to bed his nemesis subject at last.
I have recommended you to so many people already, we will continue to fully endorse all you do.
A thrilled and very proud mum!

Subject: Fantastic news!
Just wanted to share some wonderful news with you, George got his Maths Higher Tier GCSE Grade 'B' in the Summer and he was only 8 marks off an A grade!
He is now at Grammar sixth form doing Maths, Psychology, Physics and Geography A level.
Overall he got 5 B grades, 2 C grades and 1 A grade which was in English Literature, so we are absolutely delighted with what he has achieved.
Thanks once again for all that you did to help him understand and enjoy Maths.

Unfortunately with my part time work coming to an end in two weeks time it is with great regret that I have to give notice on Mary's tuition.
I know she has really enjoyed working with John, she has learnt so much and really built up the self-confidence she was lacking.
Thank you to yourself and John for all of your help and support , it's a real shame it has to come to an end.
